Custom Item Returns
Any item ordered with customization, i.e., house numbers, particular dimensions, or characters, cannot be returned for reasons other than warranty issues.

Local Pickup Refunds
Often, customers ask to pick up their items from our shop in Austin, Texas. Any item left at our shop for longer than 180 days, will not be illegible for a refund.

General Returns
Stock items can be returned within 14 days from the shipment date for a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs. Your refund can only be put back onto the card from which your item was purchased; the refund will come from Shopify; we do not have access to your credit card. Returns of this nature must be delivered in the new condition it was received. The product cannot have noticeable wear and tear, rust, or scratches. A refund will only be issued once the product has been received in said condition.

Please include a letter listing your contact information and the reason for the return put inside the package.

Cancel an Order
Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. All of our products are custom and made-to-order, so once payment is confirmed, cancellations after 24 hours require a 20% restocking fee. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. We stand behind our products by offering a warranty covering quality workmanship, materials, and defects in production for one year from the original date of purchase.

We do not cover any cases of misuse or intentional destructive use of our products. Should you have a problem covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
