This product is carefully packaged and shipped from our shop in Austin, Texas via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Installation

Brackets ship unattached, allowing you to align them with your wall studs or blocking before securing them to the handrail using the included self-drilling screws. For the cleanest appearance, we recommend installing continuous blocking in new construction so the brackets can be evenly spaced.
