The packaging was great! No damages with such a large box. They took lots of care. I also thought the install was simple and the railing materials are high end. Well worth the price and wait time.
As the title says, this mailbox makes a bold statement. I reviewed the measurements carefully before purchasing, worrying it would be a bit small. Boy was I wrong. This thing is a beast, built to withstand the apocalypse, or in my case the city snowplow that took my old mailbox out. I have yet to install it, I am letting it patina/rust while I dream up a post worthy enough to compliment fine piece of steel fabrication. This mailbox will outlive me; I have no doubt of that. Would highly recommend ordering from Bold Manufacturing!!

The Mailbox arrived in two packages, post in one box in the other. The packing for such a heavy box was outstanding, providing total protection for the contents. The mailbox itself is a work of art! Precision cutting, welding and smoothing. Following the enclosed directions the installation was simple (other than digging the hole)! Three fifty pond bags of quick set cement and the job was complete! A stunning mailbox!

Received the new handrails (impressively packaged) and had them installed. They look great and the quality of material and workmanship is top notch.

I was very concerned about ordering something like a 20' long Handrail online, but Bold came through. The metal and construction is flawless. The installation was relatively easy and straight forward. We were able to get all of the brackets into studs, so the handrail feels like it is solid steel. This is an excellent product, very reasonably priced, is extremely beautiful and overall, we could not be happier. So proud to see a Texas company too.

This is a very well made, sleek mailbox that will last for years, or until a vehicle runs into it. Installation was easy and all parts fit together as described. And yes, this is our second mailbox, because we fell victim to an out-of-control vehicle.
